How to use

1. Initial Stage
Liquid food supplements NOURISHING HIGH POTENCY and MOISTURE BATH and cosmetic products PRIMER and BLOOMER are used.
- NOURISHING and MOISTURE BATH liquid supplements are to be taken at baseline. MOISTURE BATH should be taken in the morning before meals and NOURISHING should be taken in the evening, the main thing is not to take both supplements at the same time.
- To use BLOOMER Serum: Massage it into the roots of the hair in the evening and/or after each wash. Do not rinse with water. To add fluffiness and volume, apply the serum to dry or damp hair and blow-dry.
- Use PRIMER Scalp Scrub once a week. Massage the product into the scalp, massage gently and rinse off with water, then follow with your normal washing routine (shampoo and conditioner/mask).

2.Maintenance phase

Take EXTRA CARE supportive-protective food supplement in the morning after meals.
Use BLOOMER serum at this stage 3 times a week after washing or in the evening.
Use PRIMER Scalp Scrub once every 2 weeks during this phase.

Advice:
If you are travelling and cannot take the Phase 1 products (NOURISHING and MOISTURE BATH) with you, take the Phase 2 EXTRA CARE capsules and BLOOMER serum instead. After the trip, go back to the Stage 1 products NOURISHING and MOISTURE BATH.
NOURISHING supplement can stimulate appetite and is therefore recommended to be taken in the evening before going to bed. However, if you want to gain weight, you can take the NOURISHING supplement in the morning and the MOISTEN supplement in the evening. If you are taking probiotics (good bacteria), take them together with the supplements to further improve absorption. For maximum absorption of MOISTURE BATH, we recommend that you take it in the morning before meals or in the evening, two hours after meals.

Warnings!
During the first phase, it is not recommended to supplement your existing dietary supplements, especially with B vitamins.
